We have received reports that members have received spoofed phone calls from our 1-800 number asking them to verify potential fraudulent activity on their accounts. Please be aware that this is a spoofed phone call, in which a fraudster can make it appear as if we are calling to get your sensitive personal information. Remember that we will never ask you for personal information over the phone, and when in doubt, hang up and call us directly.
